Number two, the staff was not very well-educated on their jobs, that's for sure. So, I called the nurse out to the car, and I said, "Is this bandage never been changed? How could they give him a shower and all that, and they haven't changed that bandage?" So, she changed it for me. It isn't infected, thank goodness, but she said, "Keep an eye on it." That irritated me.
