Acacia has professional and friendly staff, an amazing Admissions Director who took the time to listen and go the extra mile to help. My fathers’ care has been compassionate, wholistic in all aspects a human being can have. I highly recommend this place and wished there were more places like this in the San Joaquin Valley. I find it so tacky and unprofessional how these two woman were talking so badly about their patient in front of me. They clearly do not care about this patient and I would hate to have these woman care for any of my loved ones. I wouldn’t want these two woman caring for even my worst enemy. DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE. The nursing staff left my dad in a room farthest away from the station with food and water and the man can’t even move his arms. Then when asked questions they either have no idea or can’t seem to send you to anyone who can. The facility is dirty and considering we are going through a pandemic that should be one of the priorities aside for patient care. My dad currently needs round the clock care and to only see a nurse for breathing treatments 3 times a day is ridiculous.
